Module 1
May 5, 2026
Understand your real digital impact
Timo Müller
with Timo Müller

Most digital sustainability efforts fail because teams optimise the wrong things. In this first week, you’ll cut through myths and map the real physical impact behind your digital products and services. You’ll identify where emissions, social risks, and governance issues truly sit across your digital value chain and focus only on what is material for your organisation. By the end of the week, you’ll know exactly where to pay attention and where you can stop worrying.

Module 2
May 12, 2026
Turn hotspots into concrete, feasible actions
Timo Müller
with Timo Müller

Once you know where your biggest digital sustainability hotspots are, the question becomes: what can you realistically influence? In week two, you’ll explore practical levers across infrastructure, frontend performance, AI usage, and supplier choices without going into technical detail. You’ll prioritise actions based on impact, effort, and control, and build a short list of changes that your team can actually implement in the near term.

Module 3
May 19, 2026
Build a clear roadmap and align your organisation
Timo Müller
with Timo Müller

Good ideas only matter if they survive internal reality. In the final week, you’ll turn your prioritised actions into a clear 6–12 month digital sustainability roadmap with ownership, timelines, and success signals. You’ll also develop a simple internal and external narrative to communicate your decisions credibly and avoid greenwashing. You leave with a plan that is realistic, aligned, and ready to move forward.
