Module 1: Environmental impact of digital

  • How to measure and understand your organisation’s digital footprint

  • Identifying Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in your context

  • Assessing your organisation’s digital sustainability maturity

  • Measuring the footprint of a website and identifying concrete improvement levers

  • Reviewing proven playbooks and extracting practical best practices you can apply quickly

Module 2: Low-carbon products

  • How to embed sustainability into everyday product rituals

  • What it means to build more sustainable AI products

  • How to approach discovery and design in a more mindful and frugal way

Module 3: Turning ideas into action

As a final step, we invite you to an additional live working session with the LFCA team, focused on digital sovereignty. Together, we will explore why this topic is gaining importance, where common pitfalls in transitions lie, and how to distinguish between what is meaningful and what may not be worth pursuing.

This session is included in response to strong participant interest. At the same time, it sits slightly outside the core course structure, as it is more exploratory and discussion-based.

You will also be introduced to a practical workshop template to help you assess what is realistic and impactful within your own organisation.
