Sebastian is a sustainability professional with more than 20 years of work experience in decarbonisation through renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. He has designed and executed utility-scale and rooftop PV projects in several countries. In addition, he has worked with private and public sector entities including working with banks in financing renewable energy projects by conducting environmental impact assessment studies and resource assessments.
Ciarán is an accomplished expert in the realm of sustainability, with a wide-ranging background that spans from academia to consulting. Currently, a Lecturer in Sustainability Leadership in Business at Technological University Dublin, Dr. O'Carroll has also recently served as a Lecturer in Sustainable Business Innovation at Dublin City University. Education has remained a cornerstone of Dr. O'Carroll's work. Beyond lecturing, he has curated multiple sustainability workshops and seminars, mentors post-graduate students, and guest lectured at other prestigious institutions.
Fiona is a climate change and sustainability professional with 10 years' of experience gained through working in corporate, non-profit, and consultancy environments. Experienced in leading project teams to deliver impactful results. In her most recent role at Mott MacDonald, I led on internal implementation of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) recommendations, and delivery and development of TCFD-aligned climate risk advisory services, based within the International Development Services unit.
For more than 15 years, Philipp dedicated himself to the topic of sustainability. First as international change manager at Save the Children, then for several years as project manager at McKinsey, before helping to develop the Circular Economy offering at Accenture Strategy and leading the Sustainability and Decarbonization division at innogy Consulting.
Fenja translates science and activism into actionable, entrepreneurial solutions. Her expertise in science-aligned sustainability management via SBTs and LCAs makes her a driving force for dynamic change within organizations.
Angela is a communications strategist and consultant. She works with entrepreneurs, executives, and founders to communicate their vision and purpose by developing their stories, voices, and themes. At SAP, she led communications for the Customer Experience division, helping leaders to ensure the smooth transition of acquired companies. During this period she worked alongside a number of tech founders, an opportunity that gave her valuable insight into the founder mindset.
Madhavan is an Energy and Environment professional with nearly two decades of cross-functional management experience in clean energy and fossil fuel industries. His work encompasses finance, technology and policy specific to energy and decarbonisation.
Piotr serves as the Chief Climate Officer at Leaders for Climate Action. With a background as a climate activist, educator, and entrepreneur, he has focused his efforts over the last decade on realizing the potential of business as a catalyst for change. Whether through leading organizations such as Ecosia and Climate KIC, or in an advisory capacity for start-ups, he is dedicated to building a more sustainable and just world.
Lucy is an impact-driven sustainability educator and consultant with a circular and regenerative design background. Ten years of experience across the creative industries have honed her management and facilitation skills toward her goal of enabling a safe and accessible transition.
Anna is the Head of Community at Leaders for Climate Action. She is passionate about connecting people, facilitating the exchange between them, and helping them to navigate the knowledge jungle. As you can see, she also really like lists of three, metaphors, and the Oxford Comma.
