Module 1
September 18, 2025
Module 1: Build the foundation to support action

This module focuses on setting up an emissions inventory per GHG Protocol, whilst operationalizing accounting across business units and functions. Participants will navigate the reality of integrating fragmented data, managing overlaps across legal entities, and producing functional outputs for baseline calculations.

Covers: Boundary setting across operational complexity (e.g. assets, JVs, leased sites, outsourcing); how to structure baselines with the right granularity to support decision-making and action; Scope 1, 2 and 3 interdependencies when allocating responsibility and inventory governance; EFs and best practices per GHG Protocol

At the end of the module you will have… tested/built your GHG baseline through our GHG Calculator and traced GHG data flows and granularity for effective action

Module 2
September 25, 2025
Module 2: Prioritise emission reductions and decarbonisation levers

This module helps participants to move from blanket ambition to strategic reduction plans grounded in real business logic. We explore the role - and limitations - of abatement cost curves, assess internal readiness and map and prioritize actions across your direct operations and supply chain.

Covers: limitations of abatement cost curves, emissions hotspot mapping and prioritisation of action areas; internal feasibility filters (cost, readiness, influence) and internal decarbonisation pathways.

At the end of the module, you will have… a clear view of your emissions hotspots, identified actionable decarbonisation levers, and explored how to segment interventions across your value chain.

Module 3
October 2, 2025
Module 3: Driving real change in your supply chain

In the final module, we will explore effective mechanisms to influence upstream reductions and drive credible Scope 3 decarbonisation. We explore what it takes to influence supplier behaviour and how governance, behavioural signals and collaborative approaches with suppliers can support this. The session also explores the role of sectoral coalitions in accelerating supply chain action - and how to build and participate in them effectively

Covers: governance structures that support or delay Scope 3 action; examples of incentives and KPIs that drive supplier engagement; Engaging finance, procurement, and operational teams around shared metrics; cross-industry collaboration and coalition-building in practice.

At the end of the module you will have…identified practical levers to influence supplier behaviour, understood how to align internal teams around shared metrics, and explored how to engage in peer collaborations to drive supply chain decarbonisation.
