Driving real change in your supply chain
In the final module, we will explore effective mechanisms to influence upstream reductions and drive credible Scope 3 decarbonisation. We explore what it takes to influence supplier behaviour and how governance, behavioural signals and collaborative approaches with suppliers can support this. The session also explores the role of sectoral coalitions in accelerating supply chain action - and how to build and participate in them effectively
Covers:governance structures that support or delay Scope 3 action; examples of incentives and KPIs that drive supplier engagement; Engaging finance, procurement, and operational teams around shared metrics; cross-industry collaboration and coalition-building in practice.
At the end of the module you will have…identified practical levers to influence supplier behaviour, understood how to align internal teams around shared metrics, and explored how to engage in peer collaborations to drive supply chain decarbonisation.
