We recognize taking climate action is hard work and no one has all the answers. We acknowledge it is a race in which we need to cross the finish line together. We learn from each other. We help others think bigger. We answer questions, share action-oriented resources, and make introductions.
We promote our work only in designated channels (#promotions_and_offers). We do not use direct messages for acquisition purposes. We prefer to hear about paid services from customers, not providers. We contribute expertise by helping others. We report things to moderators (Sara (LFCA) & Anna (LFCA)) if something does not look right.
We take part in meaningful discussions about climate action in a business context. We try not to stray heavily off-topic. We listen to all voices and respond with care. We believe no questions are bad questions. We are open to other ideas and experience levels. We champion differences.
We come from many cultures and backgrounds and create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for everyone. We are respectful of people with different cultural practices, attitudes, and beliefs. We are kind and patient with others. We do not tolerate harassment in any form.
We believe in the positive impact that businesses can have in fighting climate change. We are not blind to the reality of the challenge yet remain optimistic about the work we do. We lift one another up. We believe the successes of every member are wins for the entire community. We have the courage to step up and take initiative.
