What is this action about?
In this project, we suggest you to map and analyze your logistic processes, estimate their carbon footprint, define the highest emission contributors, and set up projects aimed at reducing emissions. Below you can find several ideas and tools that might be helpful. Consider taking a holistic approach to this project and implementing several of the suggested improvements at the same time. Please note that Last-Mile Delivery optimization is covered in a separate project.For example, you can opt for slow delivery, highlight products from local warehouses close to your customer, use green energy/fuel, etc. Such steps will only help you to significantly reduce carbon emissions across all steps of your shipment process collectively.
